This Platform, www.archiipedia.com (“Platform”), is operated by Archiipedia Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at No. 1103, Lotus, Tower 6, Adarsh Palm Retreat, Bellandur, Bangalore – 560103 (“Archiipedia” / “Company” / “we” / “us”).
1. General
By accepting these Terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) with us. The Agreement comprises the general terms set out on this page and any service-specific terms that apply to features you choose to use. In the event of a conflict, service-specific terms prevail.
You accept these Terms when you access, browse or otherwise use the Platform. Access to specific areas (claiming a listing, paid subscriptions, reviews) requires registration and OTP verification.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Modifications are effective upon posting on the Platform. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view and use this Platform and / or avail the Services so long as you comply with this Agreement.
2. Definitions
- Content — text, image, graphic, video, audio or data forms available on the Platform.
- Vendor — third parties offering services through the Platform.
- Vendor Content — content made available by vendors.
- Intellectual Property Rights — all intellectual property rights subsisting under laws worldwide, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs and proprietary rights.
- Registration Data — mandatory and optional data submitted by users, including phone number, business identity (GSTIN / Companies House Number / Trade License / VAT / ABN, as applicable), city, country, and account type.
- User Content — content posted or shared by users on the Platform.
3. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is separately available on the Platform and explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information.
4. Eligibility
Users must be of legal age to enter into binding agreements. The minimum age requirement is 18 years. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete (or becomes so), or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, we may, in our sole discretion, discontinue the provision of the Services to you.
5. Registration as a User
Browsing is available to all users, including unregistered ones. Registered access requires providing Registration Data and verifying your phone number via OTP.
Users represent that all supplied information is true and accurate. By providing Registration Data, you agree to undergo a verification process. For business owners claiming a listing, this includes verification of your business identity (GSTIN for India, Companies House for the UK, Trade License or VAT TRN for the UAE, VAT ID for the EU, ABN for Australia, or equivalent for other jurisdictions) against a public registry where available. Third-party verification services may be used and by claiming a listing you accept those services’ terms.
5.1 Content reporting
Users may report unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable content to the Company at abuse@archiipedia.com. We review reports on a best-effort basis and may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Intermediary Platform
- The Platform acts as an intermediary marketplace that allows users to discover and avail vendor services.
- The Company is not a party to user-vendor interactions and takes no liability arising from such communications.
- The Company does not endorse vendors or provide any guarantees regarding their quality, reliability or work.
- Vendor-user service agreements are separate; the Company assumes no liability for breach claims arising from them.
- Users must verify vendor creditworthiness independently.
- The Company holds no possession or title to products; transactions are purely bipartite contracts between user and vendor.
- Users release and indemnify the Company from vendor actions and waive related claims.
- There could be risks in dealing with business entities acting under false pretence. We neither guarantee nor take any liability for the same.
7. Disclaimer
Due to technical issues, typographical or human errors, images, ratings, services, service descriptions, prices, vendor details, vendor content, text documents and any information related to vendors, users or content may be incorrectly reflected on the Platform. The Company assumes products and services listed are authentic and vendors have authority to conduct transactions.
8. User Obligations
You are bound not to cut, copy, distribute, modify, recreate, disseminate, post, publish or create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from the Platform. Access only through the provided interface — automated access via robots, spiders or scrapers is prohibited.
8.1 Prohibited content
Users must not post or upload information that:
- does not relate to building, construction, materials or services;
- belongs to others without user rights;
- is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially objectionable;
- harms minors;
- infringes patents, trademarks, copyrights or proprietary rights;
- violates applicable law;
- deceives recipients or contains offensive / menacing communications;
- impersonates others;
- contains viruses or malicious code;
- threatens India’s unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty.
8.2 Prohibited conduct
Users shall not:
- abuse, harass, threaten, defame or violate others’ legal rights;
- interfere with Platform access or connected servers / networks;
- impersonate persons or entities;
- distribute viruses or malware;
- probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, or breach security;
- disrupt systems, accounts or networks;
- collect data about other users for prohibited purposes;
- use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
- violate applicable codes of conduct;
- publish false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- offer prohibited items under applicable law;
- create liability for the Company or cause loss of internet service provider services.
Chain letters, unsolicited commercial email or spam transmission is prohibited.
You hereby expressly authorise us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.
9. Communications
By using this Platform, it is deemed that you have consented to receiving calls, autodialled and / or pre-recorded message calls, text messages (SMS), WhatsApp messages, videos, images and other data from us on the contact details you provide. Consent applies to both clarification and marketing / promotional communication.
Vendors and service providers may contact users in response to enquiries. Information sharing follows the Privacy Policy.
You hereby unconditionally consent that such communications via SMS, WhatsApp, chat and / or voice call are (a) upon your request and authorisation, and (b) “transactional” and not “unsolicited commercial communication” as per the guidelines of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). You indemnify the Company against losses from TRAI actions or erroneous complaints due to wrong contact information you supplied.
10. Vendor Content
All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, designs and artwork collected from publicly available information or provided by vendors, their agents or representatives (collectively, “Vendor Content”), is third-party generated content and we have no control over such content. Reproduction, republication, uploading, posting or distribution without express prior written consent is prohibited.
11. User Content
Users may post and share content (documents, images). Any content that you post, share or otherwise make available on or through the Platform is regarded as “User Content”. The Company plays no determinative role in user content creation or sharing and assumes no liability for the same.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and the information available on or through the Services and / or the Platform, including without limitation text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content — but excluding Vendor Content and User Content — is the sole and exclusive property of the Company. Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret laws and international treaties.
Proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks are displayed without granting licences to use them. Users may print, download and store information for personal convenience only; commercial exploitation is prohibited. The Company does not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in the Platform and the Services not expressly granted by the Company are retained by the Company.
External links to third-party websites are provided without liability for their information or for damages arising from your use of those sites.
13. Our Use of User Content
You grant Archiipedia, its affiliates and concerns, and its users, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute your User Content on the Platform for the purposes of operating, developing, providing and using our Services.
The Company reserves the right to remove User Content for violations of these Terms or policy breaches. Following account termination, the Company may retain content for backup, archival or audit purposes.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities
The Platform, Services and other materials are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Warranties disclaimed include merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and non-infringement.
The Company makes no warranty regarding:
- Service performance or uninterrupted / timely / secure / error-free operation;
- Material or information effectiveness, accuracy or reliability;
- Vendor detail accuracy or updates;
- Error or defect correction.
The user understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Platform is done entirely at their own discretion and risk.
15. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless this Platform — including the Company, its affiliates, agents, directors and employees — from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of these Terms by you.
In no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees, partners or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever. Liability limitations apply regardless of liability theory, including breach, negligence or tort.
16. Dispute Resolution
All disputes between the user and the Company arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved amicably by mediation or negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to binding arbitration by a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by the parties. The arbitral award shall be final and binding. Proceedings shall occur in Bangalore, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all suits.

17. Refund Policy (Listings & Add-ons)
Listings are digital advertising services delivered upon publication. Fees are generally non-refundable after approval and activation, except in cases of:
- duplicate payment;
- listing rejected before publication;
- technical failure that prevents delivery.
Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of the relevant transaction. Refunds (where granted) are processed to the original payment instrument within 7 working days.
18. Viruses
The Company attempts to keep the Platform virus-free but cannot guarantee it. You are urged to take appropriate safeguards before downloading any content from the Platform. The Company accepts no responsibility for computer equipment damage from Platform use.
19. Miscellaneous
- The Company reserves exclusive discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Platform without obligation to consider user needs.
- The Company reserves the right to deny any user access without notice.
- If any provision is invalid, it is limited or eliminated; remaining provisions remain valid.
- Provisions surviving termination continue to apply.
- Waivers are binding only if written and signed by authorised representatives.
- The Platform may automatically check and provide updates; users authorise automatic downloads and agree to manual installation if necessary.
