This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when fees paid to Archiipedia Private Limited for paid listing subscriptions and promotional placements are refundable. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. What this policy covers
Browsing Archiipedia, searching, saving listings and requesting quotes is free for homeowners and buyers — there is nothing to refund. This policy applies only to professionals and businesses who pay for:
- Premium and Elite listing subscriptions;
- Enterprise listing plans;
- Sponsored placements and advertising (homepage banners, category or city sponsorships, newsletter placements).
2. Listing Subscriptions
Listing plans are billed annually and in advance. Each plan and its features are described on our Pricing page.
2.1 Refund window
You may request a full refund of a first-time subscription payment within seven (7) days of purchase, provided your listing has not yet been published and made live on the Platform. Once your listing is published, the service — visibility to homeowners and buyers — has commenced, and subscription fees become non-refundable.
2.2 Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable once the renewal date has passed. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your plan at least 48 hours before the renewal date from your dashboard or by contacting us. Your listing stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not trigger a pro-rata refund of the current period unless a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Sponsored Placements & Advertising
Fees for sponsored placements and advertising are non-refundable once the placement has gone live. If a placement you have paid for is not delivered, or is delivered for a materially shorter period than agreed due to a fault on our side, we will issue a pro-rata refund or an account credit, at your option.
4. Refunds for Our Errors
Where a charge is a duplicate, an error, or is for a service we did not provide, we will refund it in full on verification, regardless of the windows set out above.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@archiipedia.com, or our Grievance Officer at grievance@archiipedia.com, with your account email and the payment reference. We aim to assess refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days of approval; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
